Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Charkhalife purchase. If, however, you wish to return or exchange an item, please review our guidelines below:

Eligibility

  • Items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all original tags intact.
  • Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or missing tags cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Due to their unique, handcrafted nature, jackets, coats, and hand-painted clothes are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Return/Exchange Window

  • You have 15 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as well as the cost of shipping for exchanged items.
  • After 15 days, all online purchases are considered final sale.

Refunds

  • Full-priced items: Eligible for a full refund.
  • Sale items: Eligible for store credit only.
  • Items reduced by 50% or more: Final sale, no returns or exchanges.

  • Ensure your item meets the above conditions.
